Our parish is filled with many dedicated volunteers who serve our community in prayer, worship and service through many ministries and organizations.  The parish council is committed to providing support to all of these groups, and is organized into four commissions:

At least one council member is dedicated as a liaison for each commission.   To facilitate good communication among our parish organizations, council members will convene a meeting of each commission twice per year, or as needed.

  • Cara Koen (Secretary)

  • Theresa Brandt

  • Mike Kister

Constitution and By-laws Document Revision

5-24-2021 - The St. Rose Pastoral Council, in consultation with Father Nickolai, has reviewed its current constitution and by-laws and is proposing some revisions.  The document was originally drafted 16 years ago when our parish was formed.  The proposed changes will simply update the document to address the change in parish size and the needs of our community.  Any parishioner who would like to review the full document, it is available to download here.  Please submit any comments or questions to Steve Gantner at or 314-838-3794 by June 14, 2021.  The revised document will take effect July 1, 2021.

The pastoral council meets on the 2nd Monday of each month.   If you have any comments, questions or suggestions that you would like our parish council to consider, please contact

Steve Gantner at 314-838-3794 or
